Title: Advances in molecular spectropolarimetry

Abstract: Molecular spectropolarimetry is a powerful tool for exploring magnetic fields in cool astrophysical environments. In this talk I will give an overview of the theoretical and observational achievements since the SPW4, including the applications of the theory of the molecular Paschen-Back and Hanle effects, novel molecular diagnostics of magnetic fields in sunspots and starspots, as well as the advances in imaging of stellar magnetic fields employing molecular lines.
